Cancellation/Late Policy
It is possible to cancel an appointment, via the confirmation email, up to 24hours in advance of the appointment time.  Without 24 hour notice of cancellation, the client will be charged 50% of the full fee.  If the client shows up late within the first 15 minutes of the session, a shortened session will be given; if the client shows up more than 15 minutes late, the session will be terminated and the client will be charged 50% of the fee for the session.

Less than 24hours cancellation due to illness:  The client has the option to reschedule within 3weeks, pay 50% of the cancelled appointment fee, or receive a treatment for illness that utilizes all modalities accept medical massage.

I accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Payment is expected at time of service. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.  Cash or check is preferred.

Scope of Practice
In the event that the needs of the client should surpass my scope of practice, information or referrals will be provided to assist the client accordingly.

Client/Therapist Relationship
These sessions are therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.  If the client violates this part of the professional relationship the session will be immediately terminated and the client will not be reimbursed.

All health and personal information given during a session are confidential; if an email address is provided it will automatically be added to the email distribution list [less than 3 emails a month]. Client  information will only be shared with a third party if:
-information regarding child abuse has been disclosed
-legally subpoenaed
-the client has given written consent
