Every treatment I provide is personalized to your needs. At the start of each appointment, I take the time to check in and understand what you and your body need most at that moment. From there, I create a customized approach using manual therapy, massage techniques, and fitness-based approaches. My goal is to help you find relief, move more comfortably, and feel your best. Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on method for calming and normalizing the nervous system. By supporting the parasympathetic state, this therapy helps with stress management, anxiety, depression, concussions, migraines, headaches, clenching, grinding, TMJ, and pain.

Dynamic Orthopedic Cupping
Using suction to address musculoskeletal and orthopedic issues, cupping therapy aims to lift and separate muscle and fascia layers. This promotes blood flow, releases tension, and improves mobility. Cups may be used dynamically along the skin or kept in place while the client performs specific movements.
